Day 130

“Me, myself, and I”

Even though the last day of instruction is on monday, and even though I still have to study for my final on Friday, I feel like it’s officially summer because I don’t have anymore assignments to do! (besides studying) YAY!

So, how was this junior year of mine? (I can’t believe I’m at my 4th year already..I kinda pictured myself graduating..ha…)
Junior year, was something …new. I lost friends. I gained friends. I call it, the year of relearning myself. Gaining back what I lost, and getting used to what I gained.

Well anyways, what are the plans for the summer? I HAVE LOTS.
- Memorial day weekend to visit sisterr and Best.
- Summer school starts June 7-July 8 :[
- Tahiti Fete July 5
- ALL JULY - sticking with dad to go to Hawai’i and Canada (it may sound cool, but I’m expecting my dad and I to fight…all the time ha. )
- August- working && hopefully NEAT orientation.
- September - Birthday! (i consider my birthday as the last day of summer HA)
So in between those months I’m hoping to accomplish….
- My centerpiece for my wall, which would probably take a long time
- Photoshoot with the girls
- Lion King
- Beauty and the Beast
- Organize restaurant album & make my cookbook
- shop like crazy in hawai’i
- Find a cooler job.

Also, last night, i thought of some GOALS I want to reach in my lifetime
- Volunteer for WWF
- Work at some health facility

~update, i already made a whole list of goals haha

That’s all I have for now. HAHA my brain isn’t pulling out anything, but there’s a lot more. haha

Well, vacation is almost here….STUDY HARD GUYS FOR FINALS!! We’re done in 9 days!! :] (i’ve been marking and counting down!)

Day 125

YAY project M is completed. My cousin Michelle is having her baby shower in 2 weeks! I’m so excited. 1.) Because I’ve never been to a baby shower. 2.) Because she’s the first cousin of mine to finally get married&have a baby 3.) Because there’s going to be a new bundle of joy!!

So for this present, I wanted to make it BIG! (maybe because I’m just really excited) I started off with a disney princess puzzle (cause every girl needs that in her life! for hopefully “non-false hope”) then I decided to frame it…
Michaels is such a rip. I only recommend custom framing if you absolutely need it and you can’t get the standard sized. Well, my picture was 13” x 15”. She charged me 65$ (that’s already the 55% discounted price!!) And she kept giving me a hassle saying, this is going to be a problem, this is going to be a problem..so i was like okay..NVM (i hate nags, I give up when I hear nags..and get really frustrated). So I just went to the frame aisle myself and got a nice frame!! for only 15$!! cuz it was 44% off. I thought it was a good bargain..much better than the 65$! HMPH. THen i bought feathers for nam’s scrapbook (i’m really excited to do it!)

The framing design..well it was everythign I imagined it to be!! At first it was a well thought of project..but puzzle pieces weren’t gluing in right..and i had to make adjustments..and then it ended up like this! It’s better than I imagined! haha. Oh, and the quote I used was “the flower that blooms in adversity is the most beautiful and rare of all” FROM guess what movie? so that she can think positive as a young girl growing up.

Then, I headed off to target to buy baby clothes. I bought 4 sets of clothes: Newborn, 3 months, 6/9months, and one year. :] So now she has a year of clothing..and hopefully, it fits! haha..it better! i’m giving that baby 3 months gap to grow into em!! HMPH.

THEN! I went onto amazon and bought books. Of course, the books were really cheap but I forgot that with shipping and handling (especially from different places) it’ll be expensive…it went from 24$ to 54$ so ..i had to give up some books…I ended up just getting THE HUNGRY CATEPILLAR (my fav as a child) MAGIC SCHOOL BUS (so she can be smart, and it was also my fav as a child), and GOOD NIGHT MOON (it was just a family classic) There were otheres on my list but I had to tell myself to stop spending so much, like dr. seuss..but yah. I’ll get her that for her 1 year birthday or soemthi haha.

SO all in all, I think I could’ve spent WISER on amazon. but other than that, I feel successful on this gift..and i’m soo excited to see her tummy andd can’t wait until july til he rbaby pops up (except i’ll be gone :[[[ ) AHH i’m just so excited!!!!!!

I thought this was interesting and creative.
How your heart can never be the same once it has been broken the first time. I don't think anyone could fix a heart once it's broken. It'll just be less crumbly? ha.

The real reasons I loved high school.

Meet Jeankay and JJ. If you can't tell, they're related. JJ graduated with my sister last year and now Jeankay is graduating this year from good ol' mission.
They're the real reasons why I loved high school. Yes, i was a senior, JJ was a sophomore and Jeankay was a freshman, but who cares.
We click. Or, at least I think we do. I love them. mucho.
We danced tahitian together. They laugh at the things I do.
I haven't really talked to them in so long, but tonight I semi-caught up with them, and it blows me away that they're not those little kids I used to know. It makes me sad, but I think our bond is still there..right? Regardless, I love them. They might still think I'm a fool, but it's okay, because I'll always be silly. Thanks for making high school great, because I hated high school, but ya'll were the reasons why I woke up every day. :] Love you guys.
PS. we need another reunion..just like last year! sisterly&brotherly bonding :]
